The Timber Ridge subdivision (view map
) is located in the heart of Severance, Colorado, bordered to the north by CR 74 and encompassing all of the houses between Windflower Way and to the west and Mahogany Way to the east. Prairie Clover Way rounds out the south and southwestern end of our subdivision while the Severance Town Hall and Fire Station #2 anchor the northwest corner of the subdivision on Timber Ridge Parkway and CR 74.

Amenities
The Timber Ridge subdivision is home to just over 400 residences with two community parks as well as Severance Town Hall, Fire Station #2, and a large portion of the commercial area of Severance. This includes:
- a bank,
- gas station/convenience store,
- car wash,
- liquor store,
- two bar/cafes,
- and a salon.
Our subdivision also boasts mountain views from many trails as well as both parks. We also have access to the Great Western Trail, which runs past the east side of our subdivision. Beautiful sunsets are abundant with over 300 days of sun.
Schools
Range View Elementary, our highly sought-after IB world elementary school, is located within walking or biking distance of most Timber Ridge students.
Junior high students bus to Severance Middle School, just southwest of our subdivision on CR 21. Go Hawks!
High school students attend Severance High School which opened August 2019. Go Silver Knights!
