In case of an Emergency call 911
If you have a non-emergency but still need to speak with a Severance Police Officer, please call the Weld County Dispatch 970-350-9600 (option 4).
Who are the utility providers in this area?
Check out our list of current service and utility providers.
How do I report a problem in the neighborhood?
For public property issues (streetlights out, mud washes in intersections, etc.), please contact the Town of Severance.
For private property issues (trash cans left out, unsightly yards, etc.), please contact us via email using this form, or call our Property Manager, Joel Yust, at (970) 224-4445.
We encourage all HOA residents to attempt to solve disputes or concerns with their neighbors directly, and in a friendly manner, before making a formal complaint.
How do I get a login and password for this website?
Fill out this form entirely, requesting login credentials.
How do I get more involved with our HOA?
Come to our next HOA board meeting or annual meeting (both posted here on this website) and express your interest! We’d love to hear how you would like to volunteer and improve our HOA.
How do I opt out of the Windsor Beacon?
Email donotdeliver@coloradoan.com and/or call the Coloradoan (which produces the Windsor Beacon) at (970) 224-7801.
Our HOA has tried unsuccessfully multiple times to stop delivery to the neighborhood. As we cannot legally prevent delivery, it now falls to the individual homeowner to have it stopped.
About our HOA
When is the annual membership meeting?
The governing documents state the annual meeting is to be held on the first Thursday in July. Often this falls on a holiday week. The board is allowed to make adjustments to this date if needed. We will post the exact date here on the website as it nears.
Who are the Board of Directors?
The current board is listed here. (Note: you must be logged in to view this page.)
Do the Board of Directors or any committee members get paid?
No. All Board and committee members are comprised completely of volunteers. We do pay for All Property Services, our property management company.
How often does the Board of Directors meet?
The Board meets roughly quarterly. Dates and times of each meeting will be posted on this website, and you are welcome to attend any and all meetings.
Where can I get the latest HOA handbook?
All official HOA documents are provided here. (Note: you must be logged in to view this page.)
Is the Board of Directors affiliated with the Timber Ridge Facebook page?
No. The Board of Directors is NOT affiliated with the Facebook page. The Facebook page is operated totally independently from the HOA Board and therefore is not an official communication channel for HOA matters.
